Take a large size bowl and pour all the ingredients in their mentioned quantity in it. Mix them well until they get smoother.
Now coat a large-sized nonstick skillet with butter, olive oil or coconut oil and place it on medium-low flame. Pour a ¼ cup of prepared batter on this hot skillet and let it cook well until you can see bubbles on its top and edges well cooked that it can be easily flip to another side.
Flip the pancake and cook it for 2 minutes' time or until your pancake turns to golden brown color. Reduce the flame to low heat if your pancake is turning brown too quickly otherwise, it could brown and will taste bad
Once your first pancake is cooked completely, wipe your skillet and again coat it with butter, olive oil or coconut oil to make another pancake with the same procedure. With this prepared amount of batter, you can easily make six pancakes all total.
You can use mini dairy-free chocolate chips and fresh or frozen blueberries as a topping for your prepared pancakes as it will make your pancakes more delicious as well as healthy too. However, this is an optional ingredient and you can even eat hot pancakes alone without any toppings as that also taste great.
