  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (use sugar-free syrup for keto pancakes)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ¼ tbsp sea salt


  • Take a large size bowl and pour all the ingredients in its mentioned quantity and stir them well. Make a thicker batter than any other traditional form of pancake batter.
  • Now preheat a skillet on the medium-low flame of the stove. Grease this preheated skillet with olive oil or butter whichever feels good to you. Now pour three to four spoon of this preheated batter on the center of this skillet.
  • Spread this batter smoothly with the help of a spatula to make a round shape pancake. Keep its thickness of about ½ to ¼ inch.
  • Cook your batter until small bubbles started to form on its top and its edges started to leave the pan. Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes time and then with the help of a spatula flip it to another side. Cook the other side of the pancake for 2 to 3 minutes' time. Your first pancake is ready to serve now.
  • Repeat the same cooking process with your remaining batter to prepare the rest of the pancakes for the serving. With this batter, you can easily prepare 6 almond flour pancakes altogether.
  • Serve these hot and tasty pancakes with your favorite toppings or you can even consume this alone even that also tastes very delicious.


  • The egg is a very important ingredient of this pancake recipe which makes it so fluffy and tasty. So if you are a vegan and want to avoid egg in this particular almond flour pancake then sorry, this recipe is not for you.
  • Don’t make tests and trials by using some other flours as that will not work well with this recipe. This particular pancake recipe is best only with the almond flour as its primary ingredient.
